I will begin the journey of revealing to you all, those simple ways to lose weight effectively that you really don’t know. Even if you do know them, you haven’t being taking them seriously. But, I will enlighten you more on why those simple steps are necessary for your weight loss.

So, how do we go about these steps?

…because, these simple ways to lose weight that I am about to share with you all is going to span through a period of one week. And if you are unable to follow the posts for the whole week, you will lose out in some vital steps.


The way is going to work,

I will be giving out 15 simple ‘steps/ways to lose weight effectively’ per day for the next seven days.

So, be very ready to pick up the best simple ways to jump-start your journey to that weight you have always desired.



Weight loss is not a fast-action process, is a gradual procedure; hence you end up getting temporary results. To achieve a lasting result, you have to develop a healthy lifestyle.

…that you gain weight because you consume more calories than your body is able to use and no diet is a substitute for good eating habits.

Your body requires a certain amount of calories in order to function properly. If you truly wish to lose weight you must burn off more calories than your body requires.

In this week’s posts, you will learn ways to reduce the amount of calories you ingest as well as tips and techniques to help you burn off unnecessary calories.

Before we begin, however, it’s important that you fill your arsenal with every possible tool available to insure your success. The most important tool in your weight loss program does not end with only diet or exercise…

…there is no special equipment you need to purchase. You already have every component you need for a successful weight loss program.

And,What is it? It’s your mind. Having said that, let’s get started, shall we?

For the simple ways or steps to give you lasting weight loss results, you have to take note of these necessary points below;

  • Attitude

  • Take Action

  • Know Your Destination

  • Be Consistent


Successful weight loss doesn’t just happen. It took more than a few days to reach the point where you are at right now. Give yourself a break and expect it to take a while before you see measurable results. Take a leap of faith and follow some basic principles. Be positive with what you tell yourself about your weight, write down your goals, write down positive affirmations about your present weight and the new you that you work toward to.

Take Action

If you have become a slave of procrastination decide to get rid of it once and for all. Yes, you can create affirmations to help you there as well. “I have the attitude and skills to take action today.” “I am winning in my life by turning my attitude into action.”

Do nothing and nothing gets done. Do something and many things are placed in motion. Regardless of what you are doing in life, you need to take action. Do something every day to put your plan in motion.

Start implementing the ‘simple ways/steps to lose weight effectively'(which I will bring on shortly).

And there is no better time to start other than today, this very hour, this very minute and this very second. Just start something! No matter how little. Put those simple steps into action. Do not wait for your greatest enemy called ‘Tomorrow’.

Know Your Destination

This is very important, knowing your destination. Once your destination(goal) is defined, you can easily focus. But without a destination, you will always witness distractions, thus, the chance of achieving weight loss becomes very much less.

You can never just wake up one morning and be like-‘I need to travel’, without having a defined definite location(s) that you wish to go to. Because, you will end up confused, until you take out time to make a choice, of a ‘particular location’.

It is same with weight loss journey… To just say ‘I want to lose weight’, is never enough…is not even up to 40% a good decision.

You need to start making decisions like this, and when you make them, you write them down on a paper…and continue to affirm yourself positively until you arrive at your goal. Better decisions are like these;

…”I will lose 32 pounds in the next 60 days”

…”I won’t take the weight back after losing it”

…”I won’t stop or relax after losing the 30 pounds”

…”I will keep maintaining my desired weight, once I have reached it”

These are positive, and better weight loss decisions. And not just “I want to lose weight”.

Define your weight loss goal, pen it down, re-affirm yourself positively repeatedly and be consistent!

Be Consistent

This is most important. All the points I have revealed to you and the ones that I am still going to reveal, should be put into practice and be consistent.

You really have to be consistent for you to see a good result. As I always say, weight loss is not a quick scheme. It requires consistent input!

Let me keep it that simple.

It is time for the long-awaited steps/ways to lose weight effectively,

NB: This is going to last for the next seven days. I urge you all, my esteemed readers to keep up with the posts so that you will get the full gist and ensure lasting positive weight loss result.

The ways/steps to lose weight effectively includes;

  • Don’t eat while watching television. You can become so engrossed in your program, that don’t even realize how much you are eating.

  • Too many people skip breakfast. Eat in the morning when the body burns more

calories. And let the breakfast be of protein.

  • Trim all fat from meats before cooking. You’ll be amazed at how much you reduce your fat intake if you take this one small step.

  • Eliminate most fried foods.

  • Cream sauces like alfredo and hollandaise are loaded with fat. Use tomato-based sauces instead of cream.

  • Read labels – check fat, sugar and salt content.

  • Stop buying on impulse. Never shop for groceries without a list.

  • Avoid shopping when you are hungry – eat first!

  • Shop for groceries once a week and only buy from your prepared list.

  • Always warm up before beginning your exercise activity using smooth and fluid movement. The purpose of the warm up is to minimize discomfort and prevent injury and loosen up your muscles for the exercise to come.

  • Begin with a couple of deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling from your mouth.

  • When you plan to walk or run, do just a few hundred yards at a slower walk or a gentler jog.

  • Use the cool down routine in the reverse of the warm-up,gently slowing down. This will enable your breathing and heart rate to return to normal.

  • Learn to listen to your body and differentiate between good pain and bad pain.

  • Never exercise on a full or empty stomach.
