Below are the list of foods that will fasten your weight loss process.


Many of you that are obese and overweight must have sorted out various diets plans in order to lose weight. The truth remains; to achieve weight loss, you have to engage in a healthy lifestyle. Eating low-calorie foods alongside exercising.

However, to fasten the process of weight loss, you have to incorporate the foods that I will list below into your daily feeding. These foods not only relieve water weight of your body, they also help you crave less of foods. Increase your metabolism and make you feel fuller throughout the day.


It doesn’t mean you just relax at a place and keep eating them and expect weight loss. No! You just have to incorporate them into whatever you eat. Better still, use them to replace those unhealthy foods which had always deprived you of losing weight faster.


Green Bananas or Plantains

Bananas or Plantains are high in Resistant starch. And Resistant starch helps you store less fat and burn 30% more fat after you eat a meal.

Resistant Starch improves insulin sensitivity which basically means there is less insulin floating around in your body which allows more fat burning (not fat storing) to occur.
