Here, you get tips on wonderful exercises/ workouts that will set your week on a great and productive path, help you achieve max. weight loss, fitness and general health.
Not only that; with this early morning weekday exercises, you set your body to release of adequate energy to work smarter, faster, be more focused and achieve your goals/ meet your targets even before the deadlines.
You need to grow the habit of having quick workouts every morning (or at least 3-4 times per week). The benefits cannot be overemphasized.
In this week’s WdET, we have the following exercises which will keep the fat off, reduce flat tummy fast and release an outburst energy which you require for each day of the week….
So, get down to the workout below;
30 High Knees
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Sit-Ups
25 Squats
20 Lunges
60-Second Plank
(Repeat 2-3X)
Note: The maximum resting time between an exercise and another is 20 seconds.
