25 Jump Squats (Optional)
- AB WORKOUT (2 Sets)
15 Knee Crunches
15 Cross Crunches
10 Leg raises
10 Cycling Cross Crunches
15 Flutter kicks
10 Heel Touches
60 Secs Plank
10 Superhuman (Optional)

Rest Intervals during Workout:
a.) 10-Secs rest between two Exercises (Eg: between Jumping jacks and Crunches)
b.) 2-Min rest between two Sets
c.) 5-Min rest between two Sections
