Welcome to Weekend Exercise Tips (WeET). Here, you get tips on wonderful exercises that will help you achieve max. weight loss, fitness and general health.
I know your week was great and very productive. It’s another weekend! And I hope you are ready to work some sweat off that body? If not, you are already missing a whole lot!
Our workout today is gonna be rhythmical. That’s to say it’s gonna take fun-filled pattern while we burn some fat, lose some weight, keep fit and remain smartly productive.
“5-10-15-20 Workout”====That’s what we have today. So, let’s go!
20 Mins Jogging/Walking
Rest Intervals during Workout:
a.) 10-Secs rest between two Exercises (Eg: between ‘Tuck jumps’ and ‘Knee to elbow’)
b.) 2-Min rest between two Sets
c.) 5-Min rest between two Sections
